"The shower area in suite 28 was extremely small, and you get splashed with cold water while adjusting the temperature. There is barely any space in the shower area. For the price we paid (> $800 per night), the shower was cheap. If you like a comfortable shower, ask ahead of time and stay away from suite 28."

"The gravel outside of the cabin was large and uncomfortable to walk on for both human and dogs. We rented a cabin and found out once we got there that there was a curtain as the door to the bathroom, cabin was tiny and terribly lit, no chairs, picnic table OR fireplace of your own. We were expected to walk over the the more expensive cabins and try to share their 2 firepits. It stated kitchenette in cabins but once booked you find out you get a keurig under the TV. Staff were nice and rooms...

"Great location for ski in-ski out at Sunshine. We had a fantastic stay for summer skiing! The after hours shuttle to and from the base was very useful. We also loved the large hot tub and nightly S’Mores. The staff were universally friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay."

"The hotel was nicely located within the town of Jasper. Room was clean and located in the semi-basement level (Level 1). There also was no air conditioning but the temperature during our stay did not require it. Don't forget that this is a pet-friendly hotel. There was a fair amount of barking heard when we arrived in our room but the staff promptly took care of it. The walls were quite thin and if the people in the adjacent room would shower or flush the toilet, it was easily heard in our room....

"The location of Brewster Mountain Lodge is perfect! Right in the middle of the downtown activity. We did use their underground parking which was very convenient. Breakfast was good but the hike to find the Breakfast Nook took forever. If you have any walking issues, this will be a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
