"Rooms are rather tired. The carpet in our room was stained, and worn. The air conditioning was erratic. The shower head leaked. Public areas are fine, and location is good."

"Good location, just a 10 minute walk from the station, very close to loads of restaurants/eateries, shops, supermarket and 7eleven store (even though I think Lawsons is better!). "

"Room is small but clean and has everything. The beds are big. It is very convenient even from Narita Airport. Just one train and 15 mins walking thru mostly covered business/flat surface. It wasn’t too busy the day I was there however so you might need to take that into account. "

"Breakfast options are good. Howeversuggest adding a couple of vegan:vegetarian ( no fish, no eggs) would cater to a larger audience. Also some dinner options( paid) at the hotel.us suggested. "

"The rooms are clean, like everything in Japan. Breakfast average, not much variety. Staff - horrible experience at front desk at check out - I scheduled online luggage transportation on the website link provided by the hotel - the guy did not believe me the company can take my bags to Kyoto - then he didn’t believe the service is same day delivery despite me showing him step by step how I did the booking and showing him the confirmation email from the company. He insisted to call the company and argued with them on the phone for 10-15 min, almost as he didn’t believe them as well. We almost missed our departure to Mt Fuji because of him!!"

"The hotel was nice but don’t do your laundry they take them out wet while you washing or drying no respect. Yes they have a code but they don’t care they just take your stuff out. We couldn’t wash until the morning of before check out and because they thought we washing all night since everyone was washing they took it ion themselves to remove our clothes "

"We have 2 children. It's impossible for us to take the train with all the luggages and children. We took the limousine bus @ the view hotel to/from haneda airport ( 5 mins walk ) . not the most convenient location ( 5-10min walk to the subway/train station) but good for family. Enough room and included washer and dryer ! "
