"On arrival the front desk staff greeted warmly and very professionally. This is a complete departure from our last visit. Everything was very clean and well organized (and decorated for Halloween, so cute!). Our room was very clean as well. I like when I enter a hotel room and it smells fresh and of cleaning products. We had our doubts because it of how our previous stay went, but I’m glad we decided to give this place another shot. "

"There was one staff member who was not pleasant to meet or deal with. To be at the front desk & have a nasty disposition is unfair to customers. Also the beds were never made or changed. Otherwise the room was very spacious and beds were comfortable "
