"The first room that they assigned me had bugs in the bed. After attempting several room changes that were located either next to the first room with bugs in the bed, or just below it, they assigned me a very clean room at the opposite end of the hotel. I have pictures of these bugs. After the room change, the room that I stayed in was very clean. The breakfast was nice and hot and had several choices."

"The best thing was the dining & bar , the food was delicious & the staff was amazing.The room was horrible, stains on the furniture. The shower head was falling down.The shower needed replacing,old & full of rust. Room smelled sour and Full of mold when we walked in.Floors looked like their never been mopped or swept.Never would I ever book this hotel again."

"Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap. This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity. The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold...

"Friendly and efficient staff. Property desperately in need of update. Room had moldy smell, body wash containers empty and furniture old. Breakfast continental and very small selection. "

"We didn’t actually get to stay there because our flight was changed to due to bad weather and we didn’t buy the insurance for this stay. Neither the hotel or Expedia would allow us to change our reservation to the next night "

"Pro’s: Staff was somewhat friendly at front desk, didnt seem to know what they were doing made us wait almost an hour for check in. Con’s: Half the lights in room didnt work, trash was left in room that wasnt ours, outlets were sparking, door too room was easily push openable, Tv didnt have a remote and seemed broken. The path to room was dirty with cigarettes and trash, broken bottles, and very rude customers. Overall unsure how this place stays open, its very unsafe. Wont be staying again. "

"The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...
