The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work; every detail was attended to and I felt right at home. The amenities are truly a standout here! The hotel offers a fantastic happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening—perfect for winding down after a day of travelling. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast buffet: it was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options to suit every taste. Starting the day with such a hearty meal was a real treat. Overall, the Drury Plaza Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Friendly staff, impeccable rooms, and excellent amenities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel chain!"

"Upon checking in, we encountered a locked front door, but the staff quickly responded to our alert. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and an exceptional walk-in shower featuring multiple settings and strong water pressure throughout the bathroom. We appreciated the proximity to a Mexican restaurant, which served fantastic margaritas and food, along with great music that unfortunately carried over into our room late at night. Although the blackout window coverings provided adequate coverage, they could be wider for optimal light blocking. The toilet's whistle upon flushing was somewhat concerning, but it did not impact its functionality. The staff's friendly demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction were noteworthy. Given the hotel's affordable price and convenient location, we would definitely consider booking it again for future visits to Chattanooga."
