"Breakfast staff was helpful and nice. At check in he just handed us the cards to our room. Didn't tell us room number or where the elevators were. Just followed other people to the elevators. Red stains on the couch arms. Hope it wasnt blood. Clean rooms other than that. Overall just a normal hotel stay. Not sure how it's a Hilton."

"The breakfast was limited to what you could have and they were out of a lot of things, and it wasn’t being refilled in a timely manner. The phones in the rooms to call the front desk doesn’t work. I had to walk down to request for some more towels they were very nice in providing, but yet not letting people know. The phone system doesn’t work."

"The property looked like other Tru properties where we’ve stayed and the room appeared the same but a closer look showed it’s an older property and the needs some updating. The bed linens were thin, dingy, the pillows smelled a bit and the bed was lumpy, hard and very uncomfortable and should be replaced. We got to the breakfast area at 9:40 but the juice and yogurt machine were both empty and the coffee was weak and that’s usually all we have. The food manager should do better. I definitely...

"Very nice new looking, clean hotel! Gym was very nice, as well as the pool area. The room had wood like floors. No dirty carpet!"

"This is the hotel that my family and I chose to rest at on our way to Florida. It is comfortable, clean, has a good breakfast, and the service is very good."

"I love our spacious room, and 2 tvs my husband watch his shows and I watch my Netflix. Enjoy complimentary breakfast and free drinks during happy hour. My only complaint is no ac inside the elevators."

"The beds are small and the room is not even cleaned. We saw wrappers of candies and stiff behind the bed when we moved it to locate our key. And they only give you 3 towels for 4 guests and toiletries that is only good for 1 person and we stayed there for 3 night but no refills."

"Fridge was dirty, not a lot of breakfast options, slow wifi, pool was locked but we didn’t bother asking so I’m not sure if there was a reason why…other than that it was fine"

"Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day."
