Absolutely love this hotel! Stayed two weekends in a row when a relative was in the hospital nearby. Great breakfast and bar service at night. Spotlessly clean. (no maid service unless requested, but i don't make my bed at home either and I can reuse a towel.)

Such a nice place to stay! Clean, up to date, good food, friendly staff. Honestly the only draw back is all the construction around the area but that isn’t the hotels issue. Will plan to stay with them again!

Great hotel! The friendly, helpful staff along with very clean, quiet room made for a very pleasant stay. It was located a couple of blocks off the interstate highway which helped eliminate road noise. The included breakfast was also very nice with eggs made to order.

The hotel was very clean and constantly being cleaned. The front desk staff were wonderful. The bar and kitchen workers were friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and very clean . Would definitely stay again!

Great facilities, great rooms, great amenities. The staff is attentive and polite. The whole building is well kept. The water pressure is amazing, the complimentary breakfast was such a nice way to start the day. The bar was a nice way to end the day! We loved our stay here.

I like the modern decor and the lobby was inviting and very clean. I also liked the mini kitchen and Keurig coffee maker. I didn’t like the huge bags of trash lying across from the elevators on floor 3 and floor 6. The bags on the 6th floor were kinda smelly too, as some were partially open.

Handicap room was perfect for someone in a wheelchair. Shower roll-in flawless. Bed was lower as well as the sink and there were plenty of bars for safety. Breakfast options were amazing.

This was our 2nd time staying at Element! We would choose this hotel again and again as its the best place to stay between our destinations almost every time we travel up the mid-west. We travel with our pup pretty often as well so its a huge plus that they're so accommodating with our girl. They even gave her a puppy goodie-bag for our stay when we checked in! Such a sweet gesture and such friendly staff every visit we take here. Thank you for another great stay, we will be back :)

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was nicely clean. There seemed to be a number of building maintenance issues however including missing closet doors (appeared to be ripped out) and no coffee machine in our unit. Our friends had a lack of hot water issue and another couple had no TV service. There was also a scare when an elevator door would not open and allow those inside to leave for several minutes which was quite alarming.
