"This hotel is really a gem. It is close to all attraction, the staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was big and comfortable. The only thing that bothered us is an automatic light that was turning on at night from the mini bar station in the room on your way to the bathroom. The staff was really helpful and deactivated that light when ask. To access the hotel with a car it is tricky because you have to drive in a narrow pedestrian type of street. "Zentraler geht es kaum, dennoch hat man seine Ruhe. Parkplatz mit abgeschlossenem Tor, direkt am B&B, Touristeninformation mit Plan und Empfehlung für Restaurants und sinnvolle Routen ungefragt, Claudia ist ein Sonnenschein, spricht gut englisch und man konnte sie wirklich immer erreichen, auch ungewöhnliche Fragen wurden beantwortet (z.B. wo sollen wir nach Siracusa hin?). Das Frühstück war gut, wenn auch nicht außergewöhnlich. "

"Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! "
