"Directly across from the train station and I didn’t hear anything. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was great. I wish that the bed was elevated about 8-10”. It was very comfortable but hard to get out of bed for an old man like myself! "

"Hotel situato in posizione strategica per visitare Siracusa, pulito, stanze dotate di climatizzatore, tv e ogni comfort, compreso un terrazzino molto comodo. Gestori molto molto gentili e cordiali, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta, hanno anche riassettato la stanza e cambiato gli asciugamani al mattino. È presente anche un ristorante interno per colazioni a 5€ e cene complete di carne a 18€ e di pesce a 22€. Super consigliato!!!!"

"Small affordable hotel with a small sea view. Only one small garage parking space. "

"The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged. "

"La struttura si trova molto vicino la spiaggia del lido di noto . Risulta essere accogliente, pulita ben tenuta .infatti non comprendo le recensioni negative che sono tutte da smentire. Biancheria e camera pulitissime ed anche il bagno .la Colazione semplice ma abbondante e buona "

"Everything was excellent. I didn't give five stars for the area around the property because it is currently undergoing renovations so we had to walk the longer way round to reach Isola di Ortigia (about twenty minutes). It will be perfect once the promenade is completed. There is a little sandy beach five minutes walk from the hotel that nobody seems to know about. We were one of only two other couples there so we pretty much had it to ourselves. "

"The staff at Villa Felicia are it's greatest asset. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and the one at the nearby Limoni is even better. Villa Felicia provides an excellent spread at breakfast (the homemade cakes are particularly good) and the restaurant in the evening is superb. Public transport links are not great, so a car is pretty much essential, but thankfully there is plenty of parking onsite. Overall an enjoyable experience in a very friendly hotel."

"Buona posizione vicino al ponte che porta a Ortigia. Noi avevamo una camera che dava sulla strada, ma la notte è stata tranquilla e silenziosa. camera non grandissima ma con arredamento elegante. Il locale per la colazione è molto piccolo. "

"Fantastic location right on the corner with the port of Ortigia on two sides. Fantastic breakfast, even with some home baked pastries. Breakfast terrace overlooking the port and the sea."

"We loved the history of the building, it was beautiful. Spacious rooms with outside sitting area. Walkable to all areas of interest in Ortigia and cafes and restaurants. Staff were helpful. "
