"Great place"

"This is not a "smoke free" property. Your clothes will stink like the drugs from other guests. Despite the signage claiming the property is smoke free, the staff does not take this problem seriously. For the past week, they let the guy below me smoke weed all night. It's so bad it wakes me up. I've even seen housekeeping on his floor while the hallway reeked of his smoke, and they didn't do anything! I called the front desk twice about him hot boxing my bathroom and they don't care. Beware if...

"Great little motel in a great area. AC system can be a bit loud, but not loud enough to keep you up all night. Restroom and room were clean. Towels were fresh. Everything worked as should be."

"Staff was excellent "

"1st check-in fast and easy. The room was clean and sitting areas, bed and floors kept clean. But the bathroom quit a few boogers on the walls next 2 the toliet. The breakfast was good and a good deal of choices. But the garbage cans would get filled till over flowing and the staff didn't change the bag out? The pool was closed because the city is taking months 2 renew the license;( Lastly 1 check in lady needs some additional customer service training.) But most were great. For the money...

"Hotel was very good, staff all friendly, helpful, excellent. bathroom lights could have a brighter setting, and a shelf in the shower to put your own products would have been nice. Room very quiet and comfortable. Don't miss dinner at at Restaurant located in the hotel - excellent Italian cuisine! "

"The staff at this hotel were truly excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay very pleasant. That said, the cleanliness of the bathrooms could use some improvement. In particular, the areas around the outside of the showers and the floors didn’t feel as clean as expected. With a bit more attention to those details, this would be a much stronger overall experience."

"Great hidden gem"

"Not really a good experience at all in this hotel. Their card machine wasn’t working, staff didn’t want to call manager or work out my issue. Paid over 1.2K to stay there btw"

"We've recently stayed at several Marriott properties and this one had the best breakfast, with egg and sausage biscuits, an egg dish and a waffle bar. The location was great and parking easy. The hotel itself was not well insulated and we could hear voices and footsteps of our neighbors. But otherwise an excellent property."

"I stay here regularly and the staff is very friendly and supportive. The garage can be challenging as spaces close to the entrance are rarely ever available. The room is always clean. The rooms are a bit dated but for short stays they are fine. Breakfast is well managed and hotel location is very convenient if you need to take the train into NYC. "

"The phone in the room rang twice throughout the night before I just left it off the hook. Hair was in the shower. The indoor pool area was freezing and the painted floor was chipping and got all over you. Not to anyone’s fault but the fire alarm did also go off at 6:30am so that was three times I was woken up while staying in this hotel. "
