"I was surprised when I checked in after paying upfront for my room that I was required to pay to park in the parking lot of the hotel I had already paid for the room in. I was charged an additional $20 just to park overnight. The room was sufficient for my needs, close to downtown, although the shower had minimal water pressure."

We were there during a busy time and they took security of hotels guests seriously and kept traffic within the hotel very monitored. The customer service was above and beyond. "This hotel did not feel like a Marriott. It felt a little dated. The floor plan was a little awkward. I never did find an ice machine. Parking garage was bit secure. There were also issues with the elevator and only one was operating most of the weekend. All of that being said, I would STILL give this hotel 5 stars and will DEFINITELY return in the future.
