"This is my preferred hotel when travelling to the Louisville area. You will not find a better hotel in this price range. Also it is just 5-10 minutes across the bridge to downtown Louisville. Clean, nice rooms, quiet and safe."

"Staff was very friendly and you could tell some upgrades had been done in the main lobby area. The hallways to the rooms, the carpet looked live water waves that was coming loose. The room wasn’t the most clean but wasn’t horrible for a one night stay on a road trip. Very limited parking, majority of people had to park at a motel next door. Would stay here again but lots of other options close to this "

"Great hotel, great staff. The traffic noise from the street on the outside of the building is tough to ignore at night. Very minor issue: the car charger in the garage is for Tesla only, but I was able to find a charger on the street"

"Self service hotel - everything worked, clean and tidy, nice area with bars, restaurants nearby, cool Restuarant on ground floor, rooms were big and clean. Self check in and out was easy, good value for money. "

"When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. The workers were very kind and apologized when they noticed us waiting. Breakfast was a typical buffet style but always presented nicely. The area was very clean. "Very disappointing experience. The breakfast was poor and served with plastic utensils, which felt cheap and below standard. More concerning, a restaurant staff member took my AirPods. I had to use Apple’s Find My to locate them at his home, and only after threatening to call the police were they returned. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place."

"This hotel is exactly what you are paying for, no frills. Room was clean, bed was comfortable but this is not a high end hotel. If you are looking for a place to lay your head and aren’t picky this is a great spot. Central location to lots of attractions but there are a lot of homeless and you will be in the flight path of the local airport. I am not picky and high maintenance, this is a great little spot and would definitely stay there again."
