"The hotel was nice. Their system was down and they had to use paper to check a lot of people in. However, they provided water and even snacks to everyone. The staff was all super pleasant. The room was ok. Bed was comfy. Our shower needed maintenance. It ran more in the tub than the shower head. "

"I wanted to stay here initally for the outdoor pool and bar and am disappointed that the bar was closed. We also had trouble with our hotel room door locking us out and needed to walk to the front desk for help. They were friendly but I recommend the hotel upgrade to using a key app because we also had our key card deactivate. This is why I marked only good, because we had issues with the key and door locking on us, causing us to wait outside our room with dripping wet swim suits and 2 kids...

"Love the smell! Beds super comfy. Need sturdier pillows and the water pressure in the shower is a terrible suggestion of a light drizzle. Other than that, great spot."
