"assistance to family with disabled child is less.. microwave is not available. they said its for safety but they gave me a kettle instead . I needed a microwave because my autistic kids still drink milk a warm one so i really need it. But kettle works. elevator needs fixing. they need extra .. there's a lot of people checking in so i think its time to add more .. they said my room is city view turns out just a windor facing wall or the the building. anyway accessibility is the most important to me .. including the microwave."

"Room was clean, adequate and quiet. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was average and as expected, but ample food was provided at a very busy time and it was provided right up until closing time, which is rare and was appreciated by all guests. There seemed to be enough seating even when it was very busy, as there is a lower level with additional seating — something I didn’t know at the time. Staff cleared tables efficiently and were pleasant and helpful. All in all, a good stay."
