"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean. "Very nice room overlooking the river, sound of frogs and water running all night. Beautiful. Interesting Japanese menu for breakfast and dinner, great to try something new. Staff was very kind and friendly. Everything was amazing and memorable."

"The hotel had multiple onsen each of different style. Very enjoyable. The view from the room faced forestry, which would be beautiful in autumn when the leaves turned red. The sound on rushing water from the rapids nearby gave a soothing feeling. The service staff coordination was great too, when you arrive or checked out, they will ask for your name or room number, then inform recep or the car assistant to prepare your keys. Things which were not great 1/ food at the buffet was often cold or like warm,other than soup. 2/ would have been nicer if it were kaiseki"

"Excellent service, staff is very knowledgeable for restaurants and things to do nearby. We send email to ask about tea experience and fruit picking experience and they reply with detailed information. Room is spotless and there is self-service laundry and free coffee and a little pantry where you can sort yourself breakfast with the shop next to the hotel where they sell local products every day. Highly recommend!"
