"The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room (Deluxe Room) was so clean and had everything I needed, the shower was fantastic, the courtyard was so nice and private thanks to the trees and gate, and it was really quiet in the area and felt safe. There are also so many dining and shopping locations in close walking distance. Highly recommend!"

"We booked Presidential Penthouse for a weekend escape and it was perfect. The decor is modern and elegant, and everything was immaculate. Watching the sunset from the balcony was unforgettable. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast, and we loved how quiet and peaceful the suite felt despite being in the center of downtown. Excellent location for exploring King West’s restaurants and nightlife. A truly romantic and relaxing experience."
