"I had a party of 4 booked a suite with multiple beds. Called 2 days ahead to ask them to prepare the sofa bed for us with extra pillows and blankets. We checked in at 8 pm, 4 hours after the official check in time. The front desk told us a service guy would come to our room to set up the sofa bed. Something they could have improved; The guests had already called to set up the sofa bed, and they still were not ready at 8 pm. All of the amenities only had 2 sets, not 4. We had to call them...

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...

"Eva in the restaurant is wonderful 😊location was near Sunnybrook hospital where we had appointments. Breakfast buffet very good. Very clean and staff was friendly."

"Took too long to check in. The wifi connection required too much information, selling you on things, asking for surveys, etc. I just want to connect and check my email after a long trip. Other than that - clean hotel. Room was ''European small'' but I don't mind that. It was clean and comfortable, with excellent temperature control and the location was great."
