The staff is excellent. We stayed here because a family member works close by. Some neighborhood restaurants are within walking distance as well as a few โquick martsโ. Unification park with some hiking trails and a rebuilt 1.000 year old palace is nearby."

"Everything from the kind and courteous housekeeping staff to the reception staff. The hotel is not one to miss out on. The breakfast was spectacular also, plenty of choice and well worth the money paid for it. "

He was so kind and pleasant and he always had a smile when he was speaking with us. Went to the front desk for help with restaurants and they printed out a map of nearby places. Checking out, Dahlia was so happy and friendly to assist me. For a single traveller, my room was just the right size for me. However, a room with two beds seemed to be on the smaller side. The atmosphere was very welcoming and warm. The location was perfect walking distance to Insadong, Gwanghwamun Square, The Palace, Hanbok Village, the subway and a lot of eateries. "
