파주에서 유명한 헤이리 마을이나 프로방스 마을, 그리고 맛집들이 모인 지역도 가까워서, 어디든 이동하기가 좋습니다. 다만 숙소자체에서 도보로 딱히 가보거나 즐길 것은 없습니다.

This is a nice, affordable hotel with awesome staff. Rooms are basic as are many hotels in Korea, and are clean and comfortable (one double bed and one single bed in most rooms). The staff is excellent. We stayed here because a family member works close by. Some neighborhood restaurants are within walking distance as well as a few “quick marts”. Unification park with some hiking trails and a rebuilt 1.000 year old palace is nearby.

2성 호텔, 시설은 무난하나 야간 직원의 무책임한 최악의 태도

방 컨디션은 전형적인 2성 호텔 수준이지만 직원 교육 상태는 모텔만도 못하네요. 룸키를 1개만 받아 추가 요청했더니 신분증 또는 신용카드를 제출해야 줍니다. 황당한건 오전 체크 아웃이 무인으로 운영되어 제출한 신용카드를 받을 수 가 없습니다. 로비에 연락처가 있어 전화 했더니 처음에 받지도 않고 어렵게 연결 된 후에도 외부에서 오는 중이라고 로비에서 대기를 해야합니다. 무인으로 운영하면서 신분증 신용카드를 왜 제출하게하냐 물었더니 사과는 없고 오전 일찍 체크아웃인지 확인 안했냐고 답하네요. 끝까지 사과는 단 한마디도 없는 태도가 모텔만도 못한 서비스 인식 수준 같습니다. 조식은 12000원으로 가격 올랐고 가격 대비 별로라 시간 여유 있다면 주변 식당이 더 가성비 좋네요. 사전에 시간 안내가 없었는데 체크인 때 보니 평일은 오전 7시 주말은 오전 8 시 오픈입니다.

I would like to start by expressing my appreciation for the front desk officers, both of whom provided excellent service. A big thank you also to the housekeeping team for consistently cleaning the room and providing fresh linens and towels—your efforts are highly appreciated. Transportation: The hotel is quite far from mainstream services, and the commute is expensive as I had to rely on taxis frequently. Food: The hotel has a mini bar with snacks and quick meals for convenience. However, the prices are high, and the options are very limited, especially for foreigners. While this may be a good business opportunity for the hotel, it significantly disadvantages guests by offering limited food choices. Staff Attitude: The staff were all friendly and polite. However, my complaint stems from an incident where one staff member told me I was being upgraded to a different room because the hotel needed my current room for a guest with a family. I reluctantly agreed, comforted by the idea of an upgrade. Unfortunately, the new room on the top floor was smaller than my original one, and there was nothing special about it. Room 509 was much better than 905. I felt deceived by this so-called upgrade. Will I return to this hotel? No, I don’t plan to return. The location is too far from everything, though it might be ideal for a quiet getaway. Other notes: The ceiling of the lift could use some cleaning. 최악이에요

청결도 최악. 스파욕조 청소가 안돼있어서 물 받으면 때가 둥둥떠다니고 화장실 자체에서 쉰내가 많이남. 그리고 뷰자체가 쓰레기장 뷰여서 전체적으로 기분이 안좋았음

객실은 넓고 목욕탕에 히노끼 욕조가 있어 특별했으나 장마철이어서인지 객실 바닥이 전체적으로 끈적거려 맨발로 다닐 수가 없었슴 바닥난방을 했으면 건조해질텐데.....

가성비를 고려하면 그럭저럭 묵을 만한 호텔

모텔촌 안에 있는 호텔이지만 나름대로 깔끔하고 청결하였음. 그러나, 에어콘 소음이 커서 잠을 푹 자기 어려웠음. 객실 슬리퍼가 1회용이 아니라서 기분이 언짢았음. 욕실은 큰 욕조에 버블배스가 있어서 마음에 들었음. 주변환경은 모텔촌이고 점포도 없어 황량 그자체...그러나 5분거리에 헤이리가 있음.

This hotel is one of maybe ten ostentatious but artistic hotels clustered on a hill about 1 to 2 miles from Heyri Art Village. It seems like some investors are planning for tourism that isn’t quite there yet? Total contrast to the otherwise peaceful rural-ness of the region. The customer service was unusual. I encountered few people (whether in Seoul or not) who spoke English but everyone in Seoul, whether working in the tourist industry or not, was extremely helpful once I approached them—and several times, people approached me to help when they saw my confusion, even though we spoke different languages. The staff at this hotel were either unfriendly, really nervous about the difference in language, or have a different sense of customer service. My check-in consisted entirely of “Name?” and my key-card being handed to me. I arrived by bus from Seoul and walked with my awkward bags all the way to to the hotel—super sweaty, hot, and tired—so I asked the front desk staff (15 minutes after arriving) if they could call a taxi to take me to the art village—very stiff response. The taxi driver was just as seemingly disapproving of me, although maybe he was bitter because his taxi smelled of vomit. I wondered if it was rural reticence when the next day, upon my departure, I asked the front desk staff again for a taxi but this time totally prepared with a translation on my phone and a point on the map to show them—I got the usual stoney face but then he went above and beyond to figur
