The room was small with a balcony but was quite comfortable. The cookies provided at check-in were delicious. "The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home. "
