"Lo único malo es que solo fui por 4 días para la próxima saco una semana me encantó la atención la habitación todo limpio comida muy rica atención excelente un ambiente familiar muy agradable le recomiendo que continúen trabajado así con esa buena atención volvería una y mil veces y tiene una ubicación perfecta todo está cerca si vas con niño y quieres vivir una experiencia como el acuario y el porta avión no tienes que manejar puedes ir caminando la verdad el hotel es perfecto para tiempo...

"The hotel was fairly clean, the staff was very friendly! The exhaust fan in our room didn’t work which made the bathroom very steamy! The vent in the entry way by the closet dripped water, I’m assuming from the A/C. It was very hot and humid when we were there in June. Overall, I thought it was a safe place to stay for a decent price."

"Close to the shoreline is definitely a positive, roaches in the rooms, staled air and very stuffy rooms, A/C was ok. If you’re asthmatic or have COPD please DO NOT attempt a night here, black mold and mildew above the bathroom door, ceiling is cracked and asbestos or paint residue falling off. Run, run and run. I am definitely not booking here again."

"This place is the most terrible place to stay they give me a room with no shower curtain, no refrigerate, microwave ,no light in the shower and was water coming from the ceiling room they don’t care to keep trash everywhere the battle trash full all the time the smell is so bad I report what happened with my room the same night I reported it they didn’t care until I report again the second night house keeping never come. I never see any😡"

"The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty "

"Room was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the beachfront access was very dirty. I wish they would keep it clean and maintained. We had to walk far from the hotel to have beech access."

"Area is not the best. Lots of homeless people around the property. No Restaurants closeto the Hotel. Hotel had 1 wending machine which was broken."

"There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel."
