"I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre."

Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. We especially loved having a separate lounge/living area, which made our stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing. The pool, spa, and sauna were all exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. "This is a great place to stay- central location to surrounding areas, shopping and eateries in Petone. We used parking facility and felt this was a great option due to limited parking in area. We felt very safe in this facility. Staff are very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and noted some cracked tiles in bathroom which have been highlighted with management. We will definitely stay there again"
