My Studio unit had a newly upgraded kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom was large, with a corner spa bath and lovely shower with excellent water pressure. The unit was nice and warm and the Queen size bed was extremely comfortable. There were good blackout curtains, and I heard very little road noise. Would highly recommend.

Great spit in a convenient suburb close to CBD

It seems like this motel is in the midst of significant upgrades. While our room showed some signs of wear and tear, there was also evidence of significant new upgrades. We booked for one night but decided to stay for 2. The owner gave us a small discount for the 2nd night. When we checked in, the reception took great effort to ensure all was ready for us. There was milk, sodas, and even a couple of KitKats. The room showed some wear to the carpet and sofa but it was spotlessly clean. Very spacious in both the main room and the bathroom. All the amenities you expect or need were provided. The bathroom was huge and obviously had been recently upgraded with a spa tub and a new shower stall. The hot water was endless and the towels plentiful and high quality. The kitchenette had microwave, fridge, kettle, and was offset from the bedroom so we weren't falling over each other. There is no A/C but with windows at t h e front and back and a huge pedestal fan we never had issues cooling it down. The free laundry facilities and vacuum for cleaning our car came in very handy. Lots of room to store things too. The slightly larger table would have been appeciated. If you are fussy you will find things here to complain about. But if you enjoy value for money, and appreciate an owner striving to improve, this is a very good choice. Only 5 minutes to the train station for easy connections diwntown.

I did not like no information pack where to go or eat train services, also most of the people staying were homeless or social benefits not quite kids running all over carpark areas price over the top at 155 dollars per night would not recommend expedia do more checks..

I have stayed before but a while back and its no longer a 4 star ,more 3+. My room backed onto a noisy road. Carpet had marks and should be replaced. Just not want i remember. Kitchen and bathroom both update but need the main room doing.Handy to town and motorway.

When we arrived we found the owners had moved us from the room I had booked to a studio with one bed. Thankfully the relief staff at the motel were exceptionally helpful and moved us to another motel down the road that had two beds 😁
