"This hotel is in a terrible area. They were holding a private event and the music was so loud the entire block was vibrating. They could not accommodate parking for my Tahoe. One garage required an elevator and the other fills up at night. On street parking did not appear to be easy. We did not end up staying. We talked to the front desk and they allowed us to leave and have us a full refund with no problem. Staff at front desk was very friendly and nice."

"Pillows had old blood on them, parking was rough and people in the floors above us kept setting off the fire alarm very late into the night so we kept having to leave the room. "On the first day I found the toilet seat was unsecured on one side. I immediately informed the desk clerk who said he was sending someone to fix it. No one came, even after I requested service the following days! I had NO ROOM SERVICE MY ENTIRE 6 DAY STAY!! Your site advertised a restaurant in the lobby. Upon check in the clerk stated it was closed; would possibly open the next day?? Never opened!! Overall very poor experience!"

"I always stay here when visiting my son in school. It has everything I need for a short term stay - microwave, coffee maker, fridge and an excellent (firm) bed. Plenty of free parking and a wonderful Chinese restaurant next door. The AC and heat system can be a bit noisy. And while there is nothing ‘fancy’ about the place and the walkway to the rooms could use some sprucing up, that is nothing compared to the convenience, friendliness and efficiency of the Manhasset Travelodge.
