"Great space for a family of 4-5 people. It was just a quick walk to ByWard Market and not a bad drive to get around downtown. The kitchen and dining area were great. It allowed our family to make some meals during our week there. Ensuite laundry was also very helpful for the longer stay. You do have to bring your own laundry detergent. The gym and indoor are very small so we didn’t use them. The room was decently clean but I wouldn’t say spotless, and there isn’t daily cleaning or towel replacement. A bit inconsistent. For the size of the kitchen, the water kettle and coffee maker were quite small. The bathroom vanity was also very small so there wasn’t much space to put your toiletries."

"Bon accueil et excellent service au check inn de ce dimanche de juin par vos 2 employés (un homme et une femme) ainsi que du manager le lendemain qui m'a grandement accommodé pour pouvoir garder la même chambre. Une mention spéciale aussi pour les 2 machines Van Houtte à café et distributeur d'eau et sachet de tisane offerte gracieusement à l'accueil."

"The location is perfect and within walking distance/drive from main points of interest. Soundproofing is an issue with very audible conversations/crying baby on either side of my room and at inconvenient hours . The crying baby was much more understandable than the festive folks yakking away at 1am. Though I mentioned this inconvenience to the front desk, nothing was offered as a token of compensation. In general, I found the staff at front desk helpful. Cooper’s restaurant is a good spot fot onsite dining"
