"This was one of my favorite places to stay in Duluth. Having a room with a balcony overlooking the lift bridge/ Lake Superior was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Shopping and restaurants are nearby along with a great boardwalk along the lake to walk or bike. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Nice, polite staff. Very clean and quiet. They would benefit from having a big hotel sign on the Michigan side so drivers can see clearly from the street or on the facade of the building above the front entrance. Wish the car parking situation was clearly described online. Parking is available across the street or a few blocks away in the convention center, but it’s not free of charge for hotel guests. In the other words, the hotel does not have a parking garage; there is parking near by and it’s not free."
