"We were locked out of the building for quite some time. We were given a staff code to finally get in which meant we had access to all rooms. Kinda scary if you think about it.Their is no staff on site so everything is done by phone. Then our reservation was wrong, and the bed was saggy. Woke up with a back ache. If you are looking for warm and friendly this is not for you. "

"Clean, spacious room with all amenities we needed. Great location. 5th Star is especially for the breakfast and service staff. Only thing not appreciated was their request for our personal info, which was (not provided and) not needed by them. Booked through an outside online travel agency. "
"My preferred accommodation! The staff is amazing, the hotel is well-maintained and clean, and the pool and hot tub were in great condition. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the views at sunrise were breathtaking. "
"Loved the location! Loved the room with fireplace and hot tub. Gorgeous view of lake and lift bridge. Great breakfast options! Would most definitely stay again.

"I have stayed at the Radisson over the years. While this is an older and established hotel, it’s still always a good place to stay; it’s clean, comfortable beds, and lovely views of the Harbor"
"My first US Hostel experience. It was a busy weekend and the Hostel directions to checkin worked great. The hostel was quiet for a good sleep. No issues with privacy in the bunk area or bathrooms and no overnight disruptive noise! It was a great lower cost option in Duluth.
Just a couple blocks off of the walking trail and restaurants"
