"This is our 3rd stay at this particular Sonesta location. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly but the breakfast leaves much to be desired for the extra price they tag to stay at the ES instead of the Simply not far away. "

"We were there for just a night, The beds were comfortable and clean, the guys at the front desk were nice and the lady preparing the breakfast was nice and kept the area clean and stocked."

"Overall, good stay. The room was small, and the bed wasn't comfortable. Their store mostly sold snacks I don't eat, but there was a good variety. The parking was convenient. The property is nestled in a nice location. The staff is very nice and very accommodating. I would recommend a stay at this property because of the location, the amenities in the room, and the staff."

"Room smelled disgusting and I immediately asked for another room. They didn’t have any, so I had to go somewhere else. Asked for refund that night but front desk said I had to talk to the manager. Hotels.com wouldn’t give a refund either. I called manager 5 times and could never speak to them. Absolute dump, stay away!"
