"I have stayed at this property before. It is decent but the reason for the bad review is because I called the property 2 days before I booked to see if their pool was open. The gentleman who answered the phone said that it was. I then booked the room on Expedia. When I checked in, I found out that pool had not been opened yet for the season. Upon checkout I spoke to someone and asked if anything could be done since an error was made on their part with the misinformation. The man I spoke with said that he would have a manager call me back within a couple of days. It has been two weeks and no one has gotten back to me. I will make it a point to return to the comfort inn that is across the street the next time that I return to Nashville."

"I stayed here this weekend with a few friends to celebrate my bachelorette and it was absolutely perfect! Even more perfect than I could imagine. We stayed in the 4 bedroom suite which was more than enough space for all of us for the weekend. It was very clean, modern, & kitchen is full of gadgets to stay comfortable during your stay. The location is absolutely amazing with stores, restaurants, & several coffee places in walking distance. The hotel lobby also serves frothy monkey coffee and had scones each morning for you to take. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We even left our suitcases there after check out to keep exploring before it was time to head to the airport. I totally recommend this place and I will definitely stay here again when I visit Nashville!! This is truly a gem."

"Very clean room, with lots of space for our stuff. Breakfast was somewhat repetitive but the breakfast area was also clean and orderly. Our only negative was the pillows were very flat and limp, providing no support for us side sleepers. But we would definitely stay again."
