Unfortunately, it has now been over a week without even an acknowledgment that our message was received. That lack of response speaks volumes. In hospitality, especially at this level, accountability and follow-through are non-negotiable. The experience itself was disappointing, but the absence of any response afterward is what ultimately stands...

"All things related to the property itself were good. Only mishap was poor handling regarding checkout time frame. We agreed on a late checkout but I was called just before regular checkout time informing they couldn't honor it. Not professional!"

"A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

"This historic property is beautifully maintained and centrally located near the mall and museums, Old Ebbit Grill and Joes Crab, among other eateries. Also, the Round Robin grill, named by Walt Whitman, offers good food and great drinks. It is only one of two bars in the US to ask me if I wanted my martini stirred or shaken. The suites are spacious and amentities fine."

"The room was nice and spacious. Rooms were cleaned and restocked each day. I loved the central location with so many great things in walking distance. It was a quick walk to The Wharf for dinner options and a quick walk to many tourist spots. There is also a stop for the hop on, hop off bus right near the hotel"

"Great for vacation if you’re not spending much time there. We were there to sleep and wind down. If need more supplies you need to call a number and probably would have to wait awhile, front desk staff is totally separate from the rental business. Only negative would be is that our flight got in pretty early, wanted to drop off our bags/luggage so we didn’t have to lug it around the city. They said we couldn’t do it, after checking in not sure why we couldn’t have just dropped our bags off."

I have stayed in many hotels with better rooms, better service, and more amenities at a much lower cost. First, the room did not include a microwave.
