"Great breakfast and location to strong museum. Pool was cloudy and had to shut down one day during day time. although 4 year old had great fun and made friends. Bunk bed not comfortable, bunk bed room very tight not a lot of space for 2 and 4 year old to move around."

"The room was very clean and cozy. I didn't spend enough time in the hotel to get a feel for the rest of it, but the bartenders were friendly."

"Room 211 appears recently refurbished —paint, flooring, and other fixtures were new and maintained. A few minor problems in room 211: —no smoke detector. It looks like the wall-mounted smoke detector was removed for painting the walls and not re-installed. —a few non-functioning USB outlets, probably from heavy usage. Both USB outlets on the bed light fixture were non-functional. Rest of building was fine. One of the front doors was out of order and blocked with a park bench. The elevator works but is slow at opening and closing."

"The staff seemed friendly. It’s an older building. It’s showing its age and lack of a refresh, but generally very clean and quaint/cute. Decently well located and walking distance of a great small theater and a couple of really good coffee, shops and restaurants."

"Beware!!!! When were checked in we were told the room we booked was unavailable. We kept asking ‘how that was possible?’ And assistant manager just kept saying ‘i understand’. We asked several times but kept getting the same response of ‘I understand’. We never got an answer. Still don’t know why the room we booked wasn’t available When we finally got to a room it was open and looked like someone had used the beds. The room was disgustingly dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky and had hair everywhere. It looked like it had never been cleaned, ever. I cannot overstate how dirty it was. The people that checked in behind us also had the same thing happen to their room, open and filthy. We left and went to a different hotel and they were already there also checking in. I cannot warn you enough, do not stay here! We drove 4 plus hours four a college visit and we almost didn’t have a place to stay. You couldn’t pay me enough to ever even think about staying here. We felt dirty just being in that room and hotel for just 10 minutes. We literally had to Lysol wipe our shoes because we felt they were contaminated. Do not stay here. The front desk was not helpful, unorganized and just didn’t seem to care. Never answered our concerns or questions. Did get a refund but had to call hotels.com and have them call the hotel for refund confirmation. It was a horrible experience and one we won’t soon forget. It made us rethink ever staying at a Wyndham ever again. Beware "

"My 2 night stay with my dog was very pleasant. Room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the “studio” part of the room. Kinda did feel like home away from home. The pet area and outside was well lit which was good at night for this single lady. I really enjoyed the fire pit out front on a nice evening. Cannot comment on the breakfast because I only had coffee but it did look like a nice spread."

"pretty dingy appearing in rooms. staff when we checked in did NOT know that parking is complimentary and was pretty unhelpful. staff at checkout was much more helpful!"
