"Very good strategic location near to old town but 10 minutes walking distance aparted. So that hotel is quiet enough. Reception manager who looks owner family was very friendly and kind. Quick response for several requests.

"Pros: Quiet nice apartment at the end of the building. The apartment was well furnished. Microwave, fridge and only for heating up food which wasn't a problem since we ate out. Nice mattress and had a good rest.
Cons: Building design seems like 20+yrs old even though built 2023. Photos in the building looks nice however from lift to apartment all open air with 1-2 steps which elderly have to be careful and internal exterior along apartments were mostly visible aircon compressor units hence the...

"Beautiful heritage stay in the heart of Ipoh Old Town. Close to everything you want to see and do in the Old Town. Building was full of character, and the rooms felt unique. "
"The hotel was beautiful and we loved the decking and the fish. Staff were very friendly and packed us a breakfast for our trip up to Cameron Highlands. The hotel only offers breakfast there is no food in the evening or a bar. The town is around the corner about a 5 min walk which had plenty to choose from so the location was perfect. "

"The room was comfortable and the facilities okay. However, a couple of improvements are needed, the receptionist in charge of check-in could be friendlier to create a more welcoming atmosphere,and the bath towels provided were not clean(yellow stains and hair) which was disappointing. "
"Had a nice time here. Location is good and parking is aplenty. The rooms were nicely decorated as all the M hotels are. However the kettle and tea coffee location was a bit odd next to the toilet and slightly hidden. "
"Entrance to the accommodation was not easy to locate as I passed at least thrice before figuring out where it is. The front desk closes at 6pm and there isn’t a lift so beware not to carry too heavy. The stack where my room is not soundproof and was offered a family room upgrade on a different stack. Overall the stay was pleasant as it’s right in the middle of the new town and a tourist attraction with lots of local coffee shops. The room was rustic but clean with pleasantly strong air...

"Keadaan WiFi yg sangat teruk. Langsung tak dapat malayar apa apa page internet. Bila ditanya, front desk hanya respond, WiFi memang untuk fair usage sahaja. Tiada tindakan lanjut untuk menyelesaikan masalah."

"A very quiet place with ample parking space for either paid or free. Has a nice bar just across the street. There is also a famoud curry mee just a few shops away and a kopitiam restaurant along the opposite row. And just 10mins drive to the downtown attractions. "
