"We love the Tudor! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas when we visited in end Nov. Felt like we are in European hotel. The staff we met are all friendly and helpful. We stayed in the duplex room with the attic and it was a nice experience sleeping in the tudor attic. We will certainly visit again!"

"Customer service was great. However cockroaches were observed almost everyday in the room. Rats running around above the ceiling. Pigeons noise from above ceiling day and night. Should offer more breakfast options other than just vegan nasi lemak and sandwiches. Door sound insulation was bad. Add a door bottom seal could probably improve the sound insulation as well as sealing bottom gap and prevent cockroach entering the room. The room also didn't have telephone to call the front desk. "

"Tak kedap bunyi. Tingkap bilik xsesuai, hnya tingkap nako. Bunyi dr luar boleh menganggu dan kalau berckp dlm bilik pun org luar boleh dgr. Rasanya bilik tak perlu tingkap tu. Lantai papan, bunyi org berjln turut menanggu. Suggest owner beli karpet atau tikar getah yg tebal utk lantai luar bilik supaya dpt serap bunyi hentakan kaki org berjln tu. Bilik air...struktur lantai menakung air masa mandi. Pun begitu, katil..kipas..aircon..pemanas air mmg terbaik dan tiptop."
