"Location was good. Long walk to French Quarter was doable. Fresh market across the street was excellent. Very large buffet selection. the parking was OK. I parked in front upon arrival and never moved the car. Took Lyfts everywhere. The garden is very nice and there are several sitting areas, one for each room. You have to be a tad careful since there are steps and twists and turns which can be slippery when wet. The room was very nice with a quirky, eclectic vibe. And, there were 4 USB-A ports...

"Lovely, unique property which provided a special experience of New Orleans for us. Sounds from nearby Bourbon Street did not infiltrate into our room at night which had been a concern. The room was cool and comfortable even on a hot week in summer and the pool was nice to relax in during the evening. A peaceful and elegant place to stay; we would certainly book again."

"Had a wonderful time"

"We booked two rooms for a two night stay for a 21st birthday party. When we arrived at the hotel, the two rooms were on different floors and not close together at all. The front desk lady was able to change the rooms to be on the same floor but down different hallways. She said initially the rooms were booked separately which was inaccurate, did not even apologize for the trouble, and only changed the rooms when I insisted. The remainder of the staff was exceptional."

"Such a unique place to stay! It was very clean and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The bar downstairs was a lot of fun and we were surprised that we couldn’t hear anything. Having our morning coffee out on the balcony was the best! Definitely will stay here again on our way through town."

"The Loews New Orleans on the corner of Poydras and Peter’s was the perfect place for our mother daughter getaway to New Orleans. The King bed had the crisp cotton white sheets I always look for in a quality hotel and the bathroom and in room amenities allowed the two of us relax in style and get ready for our various dates and excursions with a mirror in both areas. "The staff were really very helpful relatable respectful went out their way for all request that alone gives them a 5+ Well, I didn’t like was there were no irons to iron my clothes it just had steamers and I’m not used to preparing my clothes with the steamer and also I think they need to give microwaves in the room so that you can keep your coffee hot"

"There was construction and there were issues with the cheap hairdryers they provided. Had to get three to find one that worked. Overall-great location overcomes the minor issues."
