The hotel itself is amazing! It’s such a cute property and the rooms had everything we needed. The only negative is the onsite parking (for a fee). The lot is TINY and can be difficult at times to get in and out of parking spaces.

The deluxe room is nice while the standard room is so small. Location is not bad. There are no elevators so it is a challenge getting luggage to room. They do have parking available but, in our opinion the cost is excessive.

It's definitely got a different a nice old feel to the place. Staff is nice. Balcony view is nice to end the night. Walking distance from alot of places. A bit loud with people walking down the street and cars revving by if you're a light or mid deep sleeper. Overall it was nice to be in a old type of fashion hotel.

Strategically placed in the heart of the French Quarter on the east side three blocks from Jackson Plaza. No need to walk 7 blocks from Canal street high rise hotels to enjoy all the great tourist sites of the French quarter. Very quiet courtyard with fountain where you can just sit and relax away from the hustle and bustle (and vampires :-) of the French quarter. Great Staff. Rooms give you a real feel of the Creole architecture of the French Quarter. Highly recommended.

The room was as expected. You just need to keep in mind that it is a historic building. We had a balcony room which I wish we had picked an interior one because you can hear street noise but that’s not the hotels fault of course. It was great walking distance to everything we wanted to see! Parking was good just a short walk from the hotel. I felt like my car was safe.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff were helpful and so nice. Perry was awesome! He was knowledgeable about the area and a good resource. The only bad part of our stay was that other guests would hang out in the courtyard and were very loud some nights. The hotel can’t control that, so I am not going to ding them for it! We will be coming back to New Orleans for sure 😊

The staff were most friendly and helpful. The hotel as a whole was just ok. The room was not very welcoming nor comfortable. The room refrigerator was extremely small and inside the room you could hear everything going on outside the room. Not well insulated at all. Great location though.

The location was the best, perfect. The hotel is two converted old houses with separate rooms and stairways in all different directions; no elevator, but it gives you that New Orleans feeling. Some rooms have balconies, others have galleries, and others are interior rooms without windows. Make sure to get the room that fits you best ahead of time. The manager and the staff are super nice and accommodating.

Loved the old building and the history of it. Parking was $50/night, but worth it for us as we only stayed one night and I didn't have to stress about the parking in the area. Room was clean and on the smaller side, which is to be expected in an old building. Overall, would recommend staying here. Easy access to the all the things in the Grench Quarter
