"I Love the new upgrades"

"The hotel overall was not well maintained. It’s smelled of mold as soon as we entered the lobby. The hallway carpets were very dirty and stained. The room itself was roomy and seemed cleaner than the rest of the hotel. But the bathroom was very old and bathtub/shower needed replaced. We stayed three nights and every time we got back to the room for the evening our room keys didn’t work. We had to return to the lobby with all our stuff to have them reset. "I stay in a lot of Res Inns. The staff was cheerful and supportive, but a couple of things struck me as below the Marriott standard. I spent 10-15 minutes the in room iron, trying to get it working to press a shirt for the next morning changing outlets only to discover the iron was broken. I also discovered one of the outlets (a horizontal one on top of a desk) wasn’t anchored and when I tried to unplug the iron the whole outlet box came off. "Area is nice and quiet, staff is super nice and welcoming "

"Room was very nice and even better than I expected. Beds and pillows were extra comfy. I loved having 2 separate bedrooms as I was travelling with a snorer. Best 2 nights sleep I've had in a while. Nice small breakfast, just enough. I will definitely stay here again!"
