"I arrived in the afternoon,tired and didn’t pay attention to the property. Nothing was wrong to my brief observation."

"It's a tired property with tired staff. For example, the TVs in the room did not include coverage of the World Cup. You had to go to the lobby if you wanted to watch. Brutal. "This Holiday Inn Express was the worst chain hotel experience I've had in North America. Aside from the average breakfast, everything else was below average. This included the attitude of the front desk staff, the overall cleanliness of the hotel, and the very old and worn carpets, furniture, and bathroom in the room. "Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

The kitchen was available but there were no kitchenware, and utensils available. I think the kitchen was no use because of that."
