"It's a tired property with tired staff. For example, the TVs in the room did not include coverage of the World Cup. You had to go to the lobby if you wanted to watch. Brutal. In this day and age, that's Motel 6. If I had been charged the Motel 6 price, it would have been okay. I wasn't. Much too much for what I received. Not even a free donut for breakfast. C'mon. Go elsewhere!"

"The front desk manager literally stopped talking to her client to yell at me when asking about early check in. The woman helping me was mortified and admitted she’s seen that behavior before. The shower leaked. The sink wouldn’t drain. The bathroom light switch is in the living area not in the bathroom. Very poor lighting dark and dreary. I reserved a corner room specifically for 2 windows guaranteeing more light and was forced to downgrade because “they were totally booked the night before” and...

"Manny at the front desk was amazing. I left my wallet in the dining room. He grabbed it and that's Mason and returned it."

"Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"The room was the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. No hair anywhere and perfectly comfortable. Christine was our housekeeper. Her and the front desk staff gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and to explore. We will definitely come back through again!"

"The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel."

"The room was not only immaculate but beautifully decorated. Breakfast was not your average hotel fare; also excellent. Everything made my stay so enjoyable. The only minor complaint I would have is because I am elderly, the height of the entrance to the shower was a little high"

"Overall, we had a good stay. However, our reservation was for three guests, but the room was prepared for only two people. We had to go to the front desk three times to request extra bedding and towels. Other than that, everything was great."
