"We came to an event at the hotel: arrived early to get ready in our room, stayed overnight and enjoyed the buffet breakfast before heading home. Staff on reception were so lovely; always attentive and ready to help. The room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. During the event we attended, the food was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good - pretty standard buffet breakfast - but the area didn’t seem to be very well stocked...

"Lovely hotel nice rooms staff really nice. There was a wedding in which did mean music until late that you can hear the booming of in the bedroom and later drunk people on corridors being loud and In car park raised voices due to too much drink. I would stay again 100% as loved the hotel but would check to ensure no functions as too noisy with music till late then drunk people that aren’t considerate of other guests "

"Clean, quiet and nice for a family. Swimming pool is good, kids times appropriate. Breakfast was also full and delicious, everything you expect. The shower hose was leaking in our bathroom, but it did not make much inconvenience. Overall, very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel. "

"We had a brilliant stay this weekend! The staff were fantastic, so helpful, kind and friendly. My husband needed extra covers as he feels the cold, and we were given another duvet. I'm disabled but there wasn't an accessible room free as it was the bank holiday, but staff went out of their way to find me a shower seat and provided a non slip rubber mat so I would be safe in the shower. "The staff, and locals made me feel so welcome. I stayed overnight for business and was perfect. As a single female I was doubtful, but wow I was blown away with the kindness of all. Room was spacious, comfy bed, bedroom and bathroom was spotless. I would definitely stay again. Car park is safe. They are also dog friendly which in my eyes is 10 out of 10. "The guys at reception gave a warm welcome and helped with the bags to our room. Room was basically fine however the kettle could have done with a better clean. Decoration of the room was a little tired, but probably fine for most guys. The full English Breakfast was very good, well cooked and quality produce. "Big family room. Huge king size bed. Friendly welcome. Good pub grub for evening meal. Choice of continental or cooked breakfast available until 9.30. We slept well. Not too much noise at all from surrounding rooms. We were room 2 away from the main bar area so WiFi was a bit intermittent in the room but good in main pub area. A good stay for the money."
