"Breakfrast is great the pool is okay bathrooms are super tight "

"Hot water was pretty non existent, when I reserved room with accommodations, got to the hotel was told no accommodations available for my room. Mother SLIPPED and FELL because it was not accessible. Asked for a refund as the hotel did not fit the accommodations required. Was told no that I could not get a refund but I was welcome to pay for the stay and leave anyways. Front desk staff member checking in was horrible, I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of him. "

"The staff was friendly but our toilet was dirty and bathroom amenities were lacking. Room seemed fine after seeing the toilet it made us wonder what else they over looked. Bed was comfortable."

"I was pretty disappointed. I booked a King Suite. I ended up with an handicap accessible room. The bathroom floor and shower were all in one. It looked like a gym room shower with mold. The fridge still had someone’s food in it and there were scratches on the headboard. I went to see if I could change room. The front desk person laughed and said, “Oh you got an accessible room. We don’t have any other rooms available”. Very disappointed. I’ve stayed here in the past when I come to town. Won’t be doing that again. I’ll be reaching out to hotels.com to see about getting a partial refund."

"Room was decent. Clean. Did not realize you had to pay for breakfast. That was probably my oversight. We decided to go somewhere else for breakfast. Parking was fine. Lots of it. Staff was professional. The pool was chilly. "

"Hot tub didn’t work right. The made the pool smaller, no more outside pool, they got rid of the sauna and lockers."

"We were travelling through Saginaw for one night. We had several hotels to choose from but picked Hampton Inn for convenience and price. We LOVED it. The person at check in was warm and friendly and professional. The room was nice and comfortable for our family. We appreciated and enjoyed the coffee and water stations in the lobby. We had so much fun at the pool. Breakfast had lots of variety and the gentleman who took care of the area kept the dining area clean and well stocked. Check-out was a breeze and again very friendly and polite. I told her that we would definitely be back but especially because the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable."
