"Starting with reception, we arrived late and were provided with an entry code. Easy enough. The room was so quaint, cleand and large with a lovely balcony. This boutique hotel is ideally located to walk to the historic sites of Valletta and restaurants or jump on the ferry to Sliema. Breakfast was continental style. Great bread, cheeses and coffee. "Great communication pre-stay! Fantastic staff throughout the hotel. Friendly and helpful 24 hour reception, wonderful greetings and always making sure everything was making your holiday pleasant. "Lovely hotel and a great place to stay and explore Valletta. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and our room was ready early also. The room was very clean and spacious with a large comfy bed so we will definitely be returning to Palazzo Paolina hopefully in the near future."
