"The Anndore House is very conveniently located just off of Yonge with plenty of great restaurants nearby. It is a nice boutique hotel with great staff and service. The rooms are nicely laid out with lots of closet room and shelves for toiletries and such. The bed was super comfortable. The only drawback were the wooden blinds that let a lot of light in early mornings. Overall, however, we had a fabulous stay and will return on our next visit! Thank you!"

"The InterContinental in Toronto was absolutely lovely! We had a stunning view of Lake Ontario, and we were overlooking Ripley's Aquarium and the Rodger's Centre! The staff were incredibly kind and more than willing to help us with our luggage and directions. "the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen for free for the 29th. This is ridiculous. I have attached my reservation pictures showing it is exactly the same."
