"Beautiful setting in the heart of the old town. Very nice included breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. No parking in the old town, and no valet as indicated on web site. But well worth it!!"

"In the center of the cave properties, no parking , park outside , need to walk about 7 minutes minutes , receptionist was an older gentleman, not helpful, very little English, and somewhat unpleasant , if the property is restricted with parking, I think a detailed instructions how to park is necessary, he was not helpful at all!! But eventually we figured it out, that made the experience somewhat negative, and don’t be fooled by the pool, you need to pay for the time slot , a lot of walking to the room , it is expected for a cave hotel on the hill , the room was pretty far away from the reception area "

"Hotel staff did a great job helping us with the off site parking, though it does cost $15 one way and $20 on Sunday. That seemed a bit steep for a 5 minute taxi ride. Samir was very helpful with our luggage and also with recommendations. Room was very quiet and comfortable."

"The closest parking garage was blocks away. In fact, you couldn’t get to this hotel by car. Definitely not for people with mobility issues like me. It would have been helpful if the staff gave clearer instructions and if they provided a phone number for taxi services for arriving guests.to at least get them close to the hotel."

"The property was absolutely stunning, and the entire masseria felt like stepping into a magazine spread. The spaces were beautifully designed—the pool, which we didn't get to try out because it was still a bit chilly. The breakfast was nothing short of fantastic; you could order eggs and coffee, and they paid attention to the small details as you sat at the table. The service was truly lovely, making the experience all the more enjoyable."
