"A great place to stay in a great location."

"This hotel was excellent. The entrance was steps away from the tram station and it was of course close too to the JR lines and the Shinkansen. You had a wide range of food options in the station, and general shopping too. The room was wonderful, with a fantastic view of the mountains. I’d stay here again!"

"The hotel is very close to the station - walking distance, even with luggage. We took a taxi, but then realised we could actually see the taxi rank from the hotel, which amused the taxi driver ! Room was fine, fully functional. We used the washing machine several times - it’s so incredibly hot in this heatwave (Late July 2026) . Being close to the station means easy access to trams etc. Hiroshima is a great place to visit - 3 days is plenty though to fit in everything."

"Enjoyed our 4-night stay on the club level. Hotel and room were very clean and well kept. Club lounge is wonderful. Hotel accepts luggage delivery, but does not accept outside food (so no Urber Eats delivery is allowed). Room was large and spacious, however we found the bed and the pillows a little hard (which is not uncommon in our travels throught Japan). Room doesn't have a smart TV, so no chrome casting movies. Hotel is located in a remote location. 30 mins from downtown so the free bus to the Hiroshima station is appreciated, however will it would be nice if it started before 9:50 am as the City bus is easy to use but very crowed. Tour boats leave right from the hotel which is great and the sunlight cruise was beautiful.. Would definitely stay again."
