The place didn’t meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or service. The bed was broken, the toilet was rusty and damaged, and the bed sheets were smelly and dirty. They moved me to another hotel from the same chain, but the conditions were exactly the same. I wasn’t able to sleep there even for a single night. I ended up booking another hotel...

"Excellent location; close to the east gate of Taj Mahal. The room was big and spacious. However, it is very old and dated. The staff are generally very nice and polite. But they did not clean our room. The towels are very old and hard. Overall OK hotel for one or two nights."

"Something very unusual: Most rooms don't have a window to the outside. Instead, the window goes to the hallway. To secure your privacy you have to close the curtains all day. No daylight at all. Other than that it's a good hotel with some patina."

"Das Hotel liegt fussläufig zum Taj Mahal, welches wir am Morgen besichtigen wollten. Wir hatten die Taj Mahal View Suite gebucht, mit Balkon und Blick auf den oberen Part des Taj Mahal, welches aber nachts nicht angestrahlt ist und somit nach Sonnenuntergang nur als Silhouette sichtbar ist. Wer ein 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet, liegt falsch und wie in Indien vielerorts üblich ist es durch das Hupen der Autos etc. Trotz Lage an einer kleinen Strasse relativ laut. Das Personal an der Rezeption...
