"On arrival to the hotel the staff were very welcoming and professional. All the staff were smartly dressed. We were offered a paid upgrade to a suite with a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal. We were then shown to our suite by the gentalment at reception. The suite was fitted with a large oval bath, shower and toilet and a separate vanity toilet. Every thing was clean and tidy.
