"The restaurant in the second floor needs a major update. The chairs are very dirty. The carpets in our room was dirty as well. In general the hotel is semi clean, there are a lot of parts that you can tell they have not clean for a long time. Like the floors and doors in the elevators. Our room was very clean except for the carpet, but the staff is very nice and helpful. "

"The room was in a poor condition for a 5 star hotel, had a general damp/musky unpleasant odour, had stains on carpet and furniture, bathroom felt outdated. The area just outside of the reception also has a foul sewage smell, would generally advise to avoid this hotel "

"This Hotel has been CLOSED since 2021. Yet last week I was able to reserve a room and pay for it on Expedia. Also when we got to Agra we had to find a new hotel at the last minute because it is closed. Where did my money go?"

"I stayed at Hotel NoVo Agra as a solo traveler, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always available whenever I needed anything, which made me feel very welcomed. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained — perfect for a solo trip. The location is also excellent, close to the Taj Mahal and other popular spots, so getting around was very easy."

"Excellent location; close to the east gate of Taj Mahal. The room was big and spacious. However, it is very old and dated. The staff are generally very nice and polite. But they did not clean our room. The towels are very old and hard. Overall OK hotel for one or two nights."

Unfortunately I was wrong it’s not as clean as I expected and had small room. Bathrooms had flies inside. Staff were good and helpful. It was not ideal as other chain hotels. It’s like what you pay is wha you get!!"
