"I was very lucky with the hotel as they gave me a free room upgrade. room was spacious overlooking the river, 15min walk to shatin metro station. staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked that they don't provide plastic water bottles but rather installed water filter so you can have as much water as you want. Bring your toothbrush thou. Thanks for the great stay "

I tried walking to take the bus (too far and some uphill), minibus HK$4.5 each way to the nearest subway station and at least 12 minute walk from the minibus stop to the hotel, and taxi (if twice a day, may as well book a hotel close to transit). Staying out at night did not work well for me."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, the last time was more than 10 years ago and the hotel upgraded themselves so it looks more modern now. It’s located in a very convenient location, connected to Mongkok East Station and Moko mall. We could walk to Mongkok via the connecting bridge. There are 茶餐厅 nearby and you can walk to prince Edward station via the escalator and along the road in 10 min. Only downside is the shower head water pressure is quite weak. Other than that, love...

"The location is convenient and is close to many restaurants in Lai Chi Kok. It is easily accessible via public transport. While the guest room is comfortable, there are minor hygiene issues, such as rust on the toilet seat joints and a mild humidity smell in the room. However, the hotel staff are nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to families visiting Hong Kong."
