"Overall, this was the best resort experience we’ve had. The pools and ocean views are incredible, the Lagoonarium is a neat experience. The rooms are clean, luxurious, and well-designed, and the staff and management were extremely helpful and accommodating. My wife and I (in our 30’s) stayed for a week on an anniversary trip, with some day travel through Tahiti and day-trips across the ferry to Moorea. My favorite part by far were the two pools. "We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."
