Disappointed

The place is nice but the AC is not working and it’s so uncomfortable. And it scares me and my daughter when we saw a cockroach. And the WiFi and tv is not working . So there’s not much of entertainment. But the convenience of the place that is so near in all the very good restaurants and tourist spot was the best part. Hopefully they fix the problem. Thank you again.

I Love this place!

Our stay in this room is so nice and superb. It fits on us family of 5. From the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and balcony is awesome. The wifi is very fast. The unit is very spacious and very neat and clean. The unit owner Ms. Bella is very friendly and will entertain you from check in to check out.

The room is in excellent condition, spacious, and very clean, particularly the comfort room, no bugs, no cockroach, complete sets of kitchen utensils, we did cook our own breakfast, and also I had a very good sleep, Ms. Nelly , the caretaker is accommodating. The room is highly recommended, one thing though.... the staff of SMDC and some of the security guards are discourteous. SMDC admin should check on this. five star for the room and its caretaker!.

our stay was ok....could have used more towels....there were 4 of us and only provided with 2 drab towels, plus there was no soap provided and no complimentary bath items

It must have gone to AIRBNB, not Hotels.com

It was not the hotel, but a kind of residence condominium. Each unit(room) owned by individual owners but registered onto Hotels.com. When I arrived there at 9pm, only security guards at the front without any information of my booking. I could not get any service nor information. By coincidence, another unit's owner stopped by and saw my situation to do phonecall to my unit's owner. It took 110 minutes until I received my room key. It was NOT a kind of HOTEL! I booked and paid to hotels.com. But I was cheated by hotels.com even if I am a little bit frequent user of hotels.com. What will you do, hotels.com correspondent?

The property is good enough for 6-8 persons. And very near to city proper, restaurants, banks, etc. The caretaker ms. Nelly is very kind and accommodating. The A/C is not very cool, and the club house and parking overnight is far from the property.

I love the place and it’s very accessible to all stores and restaurant but the only thing I didn’t like was the parking fee, every time you park you have to pay per hour they don’t have a free parking lot for the guest.

Tagaytay SMDCWIND Residence

Is a good place to stay as there are a lot of fun & enjoying places to explore, Only thing is that the property & hotels.com should arrange with the management of SMDCWIND before our arrival so there are no misunderstanding. Overall a good place to stay.
